Making collard greens with Sisters of the New South

- 1-3 lb. bags collard greens
- ¼ cup Sisters Collard Greens Seasoning
- ½ cup of sugar
- ¼ cup of cooking shortening
- ½ gallon water
- ¼ cup vinegar
- In a large pot, combine all ingredients. Cook on stove over low heat until tender, approximately 45 minutes.
