Man turns self in; police say he is suspect in investigation but no charges filed yet

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - UPDATE: Savannah Police have located a man they say is a suspect in a sex crime investigation.
Investigators released a photo of the man on Thursday saying they were trying to identify him. They say the man turned himself in after he appeared on the news.
Police say he is still considered a suspect but they have not filed any charges yet as they continue their investigation.
