Engineer explains Plant Riverside Districts full-circle transformation

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Over a hundred years of transformations have led up to us sitting here today at the entertainment destination of Plant Riverside District.
It was once a center of commerce and a power plant.
A lot of hard work went into overhauling the place.
Our Michaela Romero spoke to an engineer who experienced the full-circle transformation.
