SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - April Aguilera has always processed her emotions through art.
And after years of figuring it out, the Savannah film maker put everything she felt when her second child was diagnosed with Down Syndrome into a short film that is winning awards and providing inspiration for other special-needs parents.
