SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Some of Savannah's best chefs used their talents to help save lives.
The March of Dimes held its annual Signature Chef Auction Thursday night.
Guests sampled delicious dishes and got to bid on all kinds os auction packages and destinations. All the money raised will fund research in the fight against premature births.
Patton Dugas, co-chair of the Signature Chefs Auction said, "March of Dimes touches every life that starts at Memorial Hospital and throughout the southeast Georgia area. We are so blessed to have the March of Dimes here in Savannah," he said. "Our life would not be the same without it, and I know there are a lot of other families that are touched like us."
WTOC's own Sonny Dixon served as the emcee of the event.
