2 arrested in connection with spice drug

GLYNN CO., GA (WTOC) - Two men were arrested Thursday in connection with selling and using synthetic cannabinoids (spice).

Members of the Glynn/Brunswick Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Jake Ryan Edwards, 21, and Jose Rafael Pereyra, 34, as part of an ongoing investigation into the sales and use of spice.

Edwards is charged with two counts of possession of Schedule I and Pereyra is charged with 2 counts of possession of a Schedule I substance with intent to distribute, 1 count of possession of a Schedule IV substance with intent to distribute.
