LADY'S ISLAND, SC (WTOC) - A Lady's Island/St. Helena firefighter said a crash in 1100 block of Sea Island Parkway on Lady's Island has that stretch of roadway closed.
The head-on collision resulted in two people trapped. The vehicles are on fire.
