SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Police say a 12-year-old boy was shot and later died during a party over the weekend.

This shooting makes three children who have been shot in Savannah in the past week, two of them fatally.

In this latest shooting that happened around 10 p.m. Saturday night, investigators say 30 people were partying at a home in the 2200 block of Vicksburg Drive when 12-year-old Keith Passmore was shot.

Shortly after police arrived for a reported shots fired call, Passmore showed up at Memorial University Medical Center where he died from a gunshot wound. Police say he was not taken there by ambulance.

That's just one of three shootings in the past week involving children.

Last Tuesday, 2-year-old Kiaja "Kiki" Smalls was shot and killed on Hampstead Avenue. Police say she was sleeping in an apartment when it was hit by gunfire from the outside. They believe the home was targeted.

There was a Stop the Violence Rally for Kiki held over the weekend.

Then on Thursday, two days after Kiki's shooting, a 6-year-old girl was shot during some kind of domestic dispute on Wilder Avenue. Police are still not sure if the gun was intentionally fired. They are still looking for 20-year-old Brandon Maurice Stewart who is wanted for questioning in that case.
