SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Violent Crimes Detectives with the Savannah-Chatham Metro Police Department are investigating after an early morning shooting injured four people on Saturday.
Officials say shots were fired inside Club Rain on W. Bay Street, early Saturday morning. No one was hit and all of the patrons left the club. Shortly after, at about 2 a.m., an altercation took place between two parties inside the Whitaker Street Parking Garage, which turned into a gun battle. Four people were shot.
Officers in various locations in and outside the garage found the victims, none of whom sustained any life-threatening injuries.
Three of the men who were shot were with the parties involved in the altercation. They are 30-year-old Deshaun Kinlaw of Savannah, 24-year-old Malcolm Washington of Atlanta, and 22-year-old Joshua Karruth of Savannah.
The fourth victim, 30-year-old Darryl Greenwood from Parris Island, was shot in the hip while inside his vehicle. He was attempting to leave the garage and was not involved in the altercation.
Investigators believe there were two shooters. Police arrested one of the shooters, 29-year-old Christoper Jones, of Savannah. They are still looking for the second shooter.
