Three arrested for mail fraud, drugs

Three people were arrested after a joint operation including the Secret Service, the U.S. Postal Inspectors, Savannah-Chatham Metro K-9 and the Chatham County's Sheriff's K-9 Unit.
Joseph Maybrier, 24, Jessica Tyree, 24 and Jessie Berry, 22, all list California as their home of record and are also wanted on fraud charges in other jurisdiction.
The three suspects are accused of stealing mail from area mailboxes, and at the time of arrest they were found to have stolen mail on them. Methamphetamine, computers and printers used to print blank checks and ID cars, identities of several hundred individuals along with their credit card information, hundreds of blank checks and burglary tools were discovered.
Federal charges will be brought before the U.S. Attorney's Office against all three for theft, fraud and drug possession.
