Authorities searching for 'wigged' bank robbery suspect in Savannah

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Savannah-Chatham Metro Police and the FBI are investigating a reported robbery at Wells Fargo on Bull Street, Tuesday afternoon.

According to SCMPD, around 4:45 p.m. a black male wearing a curly wig and women's sunglasses robbed the bank before fleeing on foot traveling west on York Ave.

He is approximately 6 feet tall and walked with a limp. The suspect also has visible facial scarring.
