LONG CO., GA (WTOC) - A fatal early-morning crash is under investigation in Long County.
It happened early Wednesday morning on Highway 84 near Walthourville.
According to Coastal News Service, Georgia State Patrol Trooper Quincy Melvin said 47-year-old Arthur Foster, of Long County, was killed after he was struck by a vehicle just after 5:30 a.m. on Hwy 84 near mile marker 13.
