SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - If you like anything Irish, they had it all at Emmet Park. Tara Feis is an annual tradition which gives both parents and children a brief taste of Irish heritage.
A lot of people attending the event were local Savannahians, but a few traveled quite a distance to celebrate.
"We drove about eight hours to get here, so we really wanted to come," said Leslie Flowers, an UGA student who is originally from Richmond Hill. "I like it cause everybody is here for the same reason, we just love everything Irish."
There was plenty of food, games, music, and fun for everyone.
Festivities began at 11am and ended at 5pm.
