Savannah woman wanted on RICO & Sex Trafficking charges captured; Being held on no bond
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Audrey Lambright is facing RICO, or ‘Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, which is a felony -- along with Trafficking of a Person for Sexual Servitude, also a felony.
The 41-year-old was arrested on December 31st by Chatham County Sheriff’s Deputies and booked into the Chatham County Jail. The judge gave her no bond.
You may recognize her photo from Savannah-Chatham Crime Stoppers, as she’s been wanted by the Chatham County Narcotics Team since October of 2024.
The CNT team began looking for her after agents seized 13 kilos of methamphetamine, more than one kilo of Fentanyl, 17 guns, and more than 190 thousand dollars in cash last fall.
She’s been on the run, up until now.
Part of that original release from law enforcement in October of 2024 reveals, 22 people were arrested in a drug trafficking and racketeering investigation that went on for more than a year in Savannah.
Back in October, an indictment was unsealed against 39 people, charging them with violating Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act; also known as RICO. CNT says members of the group also brought contraband into state prisons.
Lambright was wanted along with 16 others at the time by local law enforcement.
While looking into the criminal history of Lambright, we came across some of her past mug shots and charges. We are waiting to confirm these with other sheriff’s office directly.
