Southside Firefighters escort Santa through District 7

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Southside Firefighters are escorting Santa on his annual run through the 7th District.

Southside Fire and Rescue will be doing these Santa rides through Dec. 23, stopping in various locations each day throughout their district, and children love seeing Santa.

“It was an awesome experience just to see the kids' faces light up and hear Santa's coming,” said Shanna Szczesniak, property manager at the Grand Oaks. “The first thing I heard when the little girl heard the sirens was ‘it's Santa! I can wait to see him!'”
