GSP chase from McIntosh ends in Chatham

POOLER, GA (WTOC) - A multi-county car chase ended in Pooler around 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
The chase started in Darien, McIntosh County, when troopers tried to stop a white Volkswagen for speeding. The pursuit ended 41 miles later in Chatham County when authorities performed a "rolling stop" by boxing the car in.
The driver was arrested and faces charges of DUI, fleeing arrest and multiple traffic violations.
Five troopers were involved in the pursuit.
